What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours; Monday to Saturday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Sunday – by appointment only.

Where is your warehouse?

Our warehouse is located at 127/17 Ni Su Huynh Lien, ward 10, Tan Binh district, HCMC.

How do I request a quote?

What is the hire period?

The standard prices are based on a single day hire rate (within 24 hours), since the Hirer receiving Equipment. You can hire out our products for longer; we will simply increase the number of hires according to the length of the time required.

Is transportation included in the hire price?

Transportation fee is an additional cost that varies depending on each individual order. The fee is determined by the items and quantities of the order, the delivery location, access and the dates and times of the event.

What is the “Damage Waiver” and is it refundable?

The damage waiver is an industry standard of the items hired value, which is included in all orders. This damage waiver covers all costs associated with normal wear and tear to the equipment and does not cover missing or damage to the items.

How do I confirm and pay for my quote?

Once you are happy with your quote, please contact our Client service to confirm your booking by making deposit 50% of the agreed hire price. We accepts payment via bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa.

What should I do to change my order?

Any additions or adjustments are welcome based on availability but at least 12 hours prior delivery time. For order adjustment update, please contact us immediately to notify us your changes.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you are able to pick up your order. Please contact our Client service for more information. All customer pick up orders require 50% deposit prior to pick up date. Please be prepared of deposit confirmation invoice, company’s introducton letter or driving license for verification, vehicles, and loading/unloading labor  when pick up your order.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

What type of service can I expect when the delivery takes place?

Standard delivery/ collection charges are to an easily accessible ground floor entrance.  Our friendly delivery crew will neatly stack all ordered items in a mutually convenient ground floor position, check through the order with you and then ask you to sign a delivery note.  Please feel free to highlight any discrepancies at this point so that we can deal with them quickly and efficiently.  Special containers are provided for china, glassware and cutlery etc, to ensure that you receive your items undamaged, sparkling clean and table ready.

If you have extra requirement such as labour fee to deliver Equipment directly to party spot, please contact Clien service for further client service support.

Can I arrange for an “after hours” delivery or collection?

Yes, Quang Lap is operational 7 days a week and offers a 24 hour service. Working on special holidays or night shift requires extra labour fee.

What happens if I don’t return my hired equipment in time?

All hire equipment must be returned by the return date pre-arranged on your order (standared time is 24 hrs). Failure to do so will incur one additional hire charge for each hour exceeding time but less than 24 hours late enquivalent 1 day hiring fee.

Do I need to wash equipment after used?

No. All of the kitchen equipment is taken back to our warehouse where it is then washed by specialized equipment.

What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?

Upon collection, your equipment is counted and checked.  We do charge for missing, broken or damaged equipment.  Make certain that equipment is used correctly, secure when not in use and protected from the weather.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

The Hirer may cancel an order but may forfeit any hire fees paid as follows:

(a) If booking is cancelled 1 week before the function date, will make a full refund of the paid deposit;

(b) Bookings cancelled 3 days before the function date will forfeit 20% of the total hire fee.

(c) Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the function date will forfeit the total paid deposit.

These cancellation terms apply to cancellation of all confirmed items.

Do you deliver outside HCMC?

We are a HCMC based company and we do deliver to the entire Southern provinces for events. Please contact our Client service for consultant and pricing.

What about large event management or food and beverage service? Can you help?

I am a member of the public and just want to hire some items for a family event at home. Is this possible?

Absolutely, yes.  We have clients ranging from large customers who organize major events such as conferences, corporate events, sports events and exhibitions through to members of the public who need to hire tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery for small family occasions at home.  Whatever your requirement, we can help!

Do you sell any of the furniture that you hire out?

Yes! We do sell some of our popular items or even liquidate some used equipment. Please contact our client service for pricing as well as visit our website for updated liquidation information.
